About the RoleECCO Medical is an outpatient interventional radiology practice offering minimally invasive vascular and interventional procedures &mdash; including peripheral arterial disease (PAD) treatment, uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), prostate artery embolization (PAE), genicular artery embolization (GAE), and venous interventions &mdash; without the cost or recovery burden of a hospital setting. Our Lone Tree location serves the Denver metro area with a focus on delivering expert, patient-centered care.We&rsquo;re looking for a driven, personable Physician Liaison to build and manage referral relationships across the Denver metro area. You&rsquo;ll serve as the primary connection between ECCO Medical and referring providers &mdash; including primary care physicians, vascular surgeons, podiatrists, wound care specialists, urologists, and OB/GYNs &mdash; with a focus on growing PAD and vein procedure volume.This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role. You will own your territory, manage your schedule, and be directly responsible for referral growth.2. What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan targeting referring providers across the Denver metro area.</li><li>Build new referral relationships and maintain existing ones through regular in-person office visits, lunch-and-learns, and educational events.</li><li>Educate providers and their staff on ECCO Medical&rsquo;s procedures, outcomes, and referral process.</li><li>Track referral activity and report on pipeline growth, referral sources, and conversion.</li><li>Collaborate directly with our physician and clinical team to ensure a seamless referral-to-procedure experience.</li><li>Represent ECCO Medical at relevant community and professional events.</li></ul>3. What You Bring<ul><li>2+ years of experience in physician liaison, medical sales, pharma/device sales, or provider relations.</li><li>Established relationships with Denver-area referring providers strongly preferred.</li><li>Comfort with clinical education &mdash; you don&rsquo;t need to be a clinician, but you need to learn and communicate our procedures credibly.</li><li>Self-directed with strong organizational and follow-through skills.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation &mdash; this role requires daily travel within the Denver metro area.</li></ul>4. Compensation<ul><li>Base salary: $80,000 &ndash; $100,000 depending on experience.</li><li>Performance bonus: $100 per referral above 100 referrals annually.</li><li>Benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.</li></ul>5.
