1. About the Role

ECCO Medical is an outpatient interventional radiology practice offering minimally invasive vascular and interventional procedures — including peripheral arterial disease (PAD) treatment, uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), prostate artery embolization (PAE), genicular artery embolization (GAE), and venous interventions — without the cost or recovery burden of a hospital setting. Our Lone Tree location serves the Denver metro area with a focus on delivering expert, patient-centered care.

We’re looking for a driven, personable Physician Liaison to build and manage referral relationships across the Denver metro area. You’ll serve as the primary connection between ECCO Medical and referring providers — including primary care physicians, vascular surgeons, podiatrists, wound care specialists, urologists, and OB/GYNs — with a focus on growing PAD and vein procedure volume.

This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role. You will own your territory, manage your schedule, and be directly responsible for referral growth.

2. What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan targeting referring providers across the Denver metro area.
• Build new referral relationships and maintain existing ones through regular in-person office visits, lunch-and-learns, and educational events.
• Educate providers and their staff on ECCO Medical’s procedures, outcomes, and referral process.
• Track referral activity and report on pipeline growth, referral sources, and conversion.
• Collaborate directly with our physician and clinical team to ensure a seamless referral-to-procedure experience.
• Represent ECCO Medical at relevant community and professional events.

3. What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in physician liaison, medical sales, pharma/device sales, or provider relations.
• Established relationships with Denver-area referring providers strongly preferred.
• Comfort with clinical education — you don’t need to be a clinician, but you need to learn and communicate our procedures credibly.
• Self-directed with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation — this role requires daily travel within the Denver metro area.

4. Compensation

• Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 depending on experience.
• Performance bonus: $100 per referral above 100 referrals annually.
• Benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
