Physician Liaison – Orthopedic Practice

Location: Staten Island, NY

Full-Time | Base + Bonus

Established specialty orthopedic and performance medicine practice seeking an experienced Physician Liaison to grow referral relationships throughout Staten Island and surrounding areas.

This is a field-based position requiring daily in-person visits to medical offices and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 25+ in-person visits per week to physician offices, wellness clinics, PT clinics, gyms, , urgent care clinics, imaging centers, senior homes etc
• Develop new cross-referral relationships
• Reactivate dormant referral sources
• Schedule and coordinate educational meetings with community groups
• Track outreach activity in CRM
• Provide monthly referral growth reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Physician Liaison, Healthcare Marketing Rep, Pharma Rep or Sales Representative
• Proven record of referral growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards

Compensation

• Base: $75-85 k
• Performance-based quarterly bonus
• Mileage reimbursement
• Benefits package

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
