 About This Position
 
 
 
 We are scaling our proven Oil &amp; Gas AI Software Platform division and seeking Account Executives to expand our direct customer footprint in strategic regions. This is a high-impact revenue role: you will own a portfolio of strategic oil &amp; gas accounts, drive adoption of our AI O&amp;G Software Platform and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets.
 
 
 
 YOUR TASKS
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive new business acquisition with high-value Oil &amp; Gas end users identified as strategic for our AI Software solution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build multi-threaded relationships across executive, commercial, technical, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solution design, value articulation, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute regional Go-To-Market strategies to accelerate pipeline creation and revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a robust, predictable pipeline, leveraging both inbound and outbound leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate internally (e.g. with Customer Success and Product teams) to ensure successful adoption and measurable customer impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate and timely forecasting in addition to revenue reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish repeatable sales playbooks to scale success across accounts and regions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 YOUR PROFILE
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales with technical products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas through hunting and growing enterprise accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including executive alignment and commercial negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience navigating contracting and procurement processes in large enterprises.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to articulate business value of AI-driven platforms to technical and commercial audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial, structured, and capable of building processes in a scaling environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regional expertise with willingness to travel to engage key decision-makers.
 </li>
 <li>
 High proficiency in spoken and written English.
