Structural Draftsman Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Prepare detailed drawings of structural components and systems</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and architects to refine design concepts</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations</li><li>Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers</li><li>Create 3D models of structures using CAD software</li><li>Calculate dimensions, weights, and stresses of various materials</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building materials and construction methods</li><li>Perform site visits to gather data and verify measurements</li><li>Update project documentation as changes is made</li><li>Provide assistance in the preparation of project estimates and schedules</li><li>Ensure proper document management and filing of all blueprints and plans</li><li>Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to clarify design details</li></ul>Structural Draftsman Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering or a related field</li><li>Certification in CAD software</li><li>Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology</li><li>Familiarity with construction management software</li><li>Previous experience in a structural drafting role</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Wapda Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
