Job Description: IT Officer Location: Wapda Town LahoreQualification:Diploma Information Technology (IT)/ Technical Degree in Information Technology (IT)Job Summary:The IT Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting the company&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and network operations. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system security, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks</li><li>Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues</li><li>Monitor and maintain internet, email, and network systems</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system problems</li><li>Manage system backups and data security</li><li>Install and update antivirus and security software</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance</li><li>Ensure smooth operation of company systems and minimize downtime</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking</li><li>Understanding of Windows operating systems and basic server management</li><li>Knowledge of troubleshooting and IT support</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Experience:1&ndash;2 years of relevant IT support experience preferredWork Location: In person
