Job Description: IT Officer
Location: Wapda Town Lahore

Qualification:

Diploma Information Technology (IT)/ Technical Degree in Information Technology (IT)

Job Summary:

The IT Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and network operations. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system security, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
• Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues
• Monitor and maintain internet, email, and network systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system problems
• Manage system backups and data security
• Install and update antivirus and security software
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance
• Ensure smooth operation of company systems and minimize downtime

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and basic server management
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and IT support
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Experience:

1–2 years of relevant IT support experience preferred
