 Key Responsibilities:

 Lead daily on-site operations for commercial projects $20M+

 Background across diverse sectors (healthcare, higher education, civic, etc.); multifamily and big-box retail not applicable

 <li>
 Stable career history without excessive job changes

 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of
 
 ground-up and renovation construction projects ranging from $5M to $20M+

 , with no travel required. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering results that align with client expectations, budget, schedule, and company standards.
