The ideal candidate will oversee brand strategy, lead generation, and field marketing efforts while managing a high-performing team.This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical ability, and leadership to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and align marketing strategies with organizational goals in the software industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven marketing team to meet business objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company growth goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee digital and direct marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and client engagement.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate qualified leads through targeted marketing and demand-generation programs.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing and sales alignment.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.</li></ul><ul><li>Present performance reports, market insights, and actionable recommendations to management.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
