Team Lead - Business Development

Lamacode Technologies is looking for an experienced and strategic Team Lead to head the company’s marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee brand strategy, lead generation, and field marketing efforts while managing a high-performing team.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical ability, and leadership to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and align marketing strategies with organizational goals in the software industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven marketing team to meet business objectives.

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company growth goals.

• Oversee digital and direct marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and client engagement.

• Generate qualified leads through targeted marketing and demand-generation programs.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing and sales alignment.

• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

• Present performance reports, market insights, and actionable recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Even equivalent work experience will be considered.

• Motivated go getter who can understand the vision of the organization and be a part of the growth story.

• Ability to build a strong field sales team.

• Strong leadership and Team Management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
