This entry- to early-career role is perfect for individuals passionate about communications, marketing and working in a deadline-driven environment. You will play a key role in supporting the development and production of compelling proposals and qualifications packages that help us win new work.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and produce compliant, high-quality proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and presentations in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation types.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and technical staff to gather and</li><li>Edit, format and proofread technical and marketing content for clarity, consistency and branding.</li><li>Maintain and update proposal content library, resumes, project descriptions and marketing collateral.</li><li>Track opportunities and maintain proposal schedules and deadlines.</li><li>Support marketing team efforts, such as award submissions, website updates, social media and event planning as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred. Degrees in Engineering or Architecture with strong writing/editing skills also considered.</li><li>1+ years of experience in in proposal coordination, marketing, or related field. Experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.</li><li>Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Uncompromising integrity</li></ul>Even if you don't feel that you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
