Job Title: OEM Sales Executive / Manager Location: Mumbai Industry: Particle Board &amp; Plywood / Building MaterialJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop OEM business opportunities in the particle board and plywood segment.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen makers, interior contractors, and allied OEM clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management and new client acquisition.</li><li>Conduct market research to explore new OEM tie-ups and partnerships.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with OEM customers.</li><li>Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor activities with management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in Business / Marketing / Engineering (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in OEM / B2B sales in particle board, plywood, laminates, or allied building material industry.</li><li>Strong OEM customer network in Mumbai and Western India region.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Target-oriented and self-motivated.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with leading brands in particle board &amp; plywood industry.</li><li>Career growth and exposure to premium OEM clients.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,800,000.00 - &#8377;2,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 8722188123
