Job Title: OEM Sales Executive / Manager
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Particle Board & Plywood / Building Material

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop OEM business opportunities in the particle board and plywood segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen makers, interior contractors, and allied OEM clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management and new client acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to explore new OEM tie-ups and partnerships.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with OEM customers.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor activities with management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business / Marketing / Engineering (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in OEM / B2B sales in particle board, plywood, laminates, or allied building material industry.
  • Strong OEM customer network in Mumbai and Western India region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
