Job Title: Draughtsman &ndash; Civil, Interior &amp; MEPExperience: 5+ YearsJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with a strong background in Civil, Interior Fit-Out, and MEP works. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in preparing detailed drawings and coordinating with site teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and GA drawings for civil, interior, and MEP works</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for drawing approvals and updates</li><li>Review project specifications and ensure drawings comply with project requirements</li><li>Modify and revise drawings based on site conditions and client feedback</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and version control of all drawings</li><li>Assist in quantity take-offs when required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Draughtsman in Civil, Interior, and MEP projects</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of other drafting software is an advantage</li><li>Strong understanding of construction drawings and standards</li><li>Experience in interior fit-out projects will be preferred</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Work Location: In person
