Job Title: Draughtsman – Civil, Interior & MEP

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with a strong background in Civil, Interior Fit-Out, and MEP works. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in preparing detailed drawings and coordinating with site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and GA drawings for civil, interior, and MEP works
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for drawing approvals and updates
• Review project specifications and ensure drawings comply with project requirements
• Modify and revise drawings based on site conditions and client feedback
• Ensure proper documentation and version control of all drawings
• Assist in quantity take-offs when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Draughtsman in Civil, Interior, and MEP projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of other drafting software is an advantage
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and standards
• Experience in interior fit-out projects will be preferred
• Good coordination and communication skills
