Executive Business Administrative Assistant needed in Scottsdale, AZ 85258 Job Description: Pharus Funding LLC is a private investment fund established by a 40 year-old financial advisory firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. The person in this position will provide administrative support in a variety of routine processes and office support functions. The person must follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Full-time position of 40 hours per week. 7:30am to 4:30pm, salary depends on experience and qualifications. Paid holidays, paid time off, Health plan or insurance allocation. Duties/Skill:<ul><li>Receive and place telephone calls, draft emails, and type letters to our vendors. Type at 30-40 WPM.</li><li>Organize and maintain document and database case files.</li><li>Data entry and reconciling and adjustments in excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Make photocopies and scan correspondence, documents, and other printed matter.</li><li>Assist management in tracking and analyzing account information in excel spreadsheets.</li><li>Read and comprehend contracts, applications, funding agreements, credit card statements, payment ledgers, judgment copies, etc.</li><li>Work extensively in Microsoft Excel and Word.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Some college preferred.</li><li>Applicants DO NOT need Security Exam credentials, nor any Insurance Exam credentials, but must have a clean credit report and pass a criminal records background check.</li><li>Extremely detail oriented. Ability to multi-task.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well organized and flexible.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a team.</li><li>Experience with databases, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and researching information on the internet.</li><li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.</li><li>Moderate to extended periods of office work sitting with periods of computer usage.</li><li>Occasional to moderate periods of analytical tasks requiring extensive reasoning abilities.</li></ul>Location: 10245 E.
