Job Overview Eola Hills Wine Cellars is seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, digital marketing, and trade promotions across all sales channels. This role bridges our direct-to-consumer (DTC) efforts with wholesale marketing to ensure consistent, engaging representation of the Eola Hills brand both locally and nationally.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals</li><li>Oversee SEO efforts to enhance online visibility and organic search rankings.</li><li>Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to engage target audiences.</li><li>Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, and print advertising.</li><li>Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product management and advertising sales strategies.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing compelling marketing materials.</li><li>Implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales performance.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient marketing operations.</li><li>Create engaging copy for various channels, including websites, blogs, and advertisements.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Develop and execute annual marketing plans across DTC, events, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.</li><li>Manage digital marketing including social media, email newsletters, website updates, and advertising campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with wholesale and distribution partners to create sell sheets, trade materials, and co-branded promotions.</li><li>Plan and support winery events, sponsorships, and seasonal campaigns that drive traffic and brand visibility.</li><li>&middot;Oversee creative content development &mdash; photography, copywriting, and brand design consistency.</li><li>Analyze marketing performance data to measure ROI and guide future strategies.</li><li>Manage marketing calendar, budgets, and applicable vendor relationships.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
