Job Overview
Eola Hills Wine Cellars is seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, digital marketing, and trade promotions across all sales channels. This role bridges our direct-to-consumer (DTC) efforts with wholesale marketing to ensure consistent, engaging representation of the Eola Hills brand both locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Oversee SEO efforts to enhance online visibility and organic search rankings.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to engage target audiences.
• Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, and print advertising.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product management and advertising sales strategies.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing compelling marketing materials.
• Implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales performance.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient marketing operations.
• Create engaging copy for various channels, including websites, blogs, and advertisements.

Skills

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans across DTC, events, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
• Manage digital marketing including social media, email newsletters, website updates, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with wholesale and distribution partners to create sell sheets, trade materials, and co-branded promotions.
• Plan and support winery events, sponsorships, and seasonal campaigns that drive traffic and brand visibility.
• ·Oversee creative content development — photography, copywriting, and brand design consistency.
• Analyze marketing performance data to measure ROI and guide future strategies.
• Manage marketing calendar, budgets, and applicable vendor relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
