Role Summary:
The Lead Web Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience. This individual will lead front-end development efforts, leveraging React.js and modern web technologies to build innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using React.js.</li><li>
Establish best practices for front-end development, including code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.</li><li>
Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.</li><li>
Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.</li><li>
Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI components and APIs.</li><li>
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our web development practices.</li><li>
Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies and frameworks.</li><li>
Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, accessibility, and security.</li><li>
Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks.</li><li>
Implement testing strategies to maintain application reliability and reduce regressions.</li></ul>
You&rsquo;ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have:<ul><li>
8+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.</li><li>
Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development tools.</li><li>
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).</li><li>
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.</li><li>
Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns.</li><li>
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development methodologies.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software.</li></ul>
