Actively looking for candidates located in the Orlando or Atlanta markets, but the role is fully remote.

Role Summary:

The Lead Web Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience. This individual will lead front-end development efforts, leveraging React.js and modern web technologies to build innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using React.js.
• Establish best practices for front-end development, including code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI components and APIs.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our web development practices.
• Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies and frameworks.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, accessibility, and security.
• Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks.
• Implement testing strategies to maintain application reliability and reduce regressions.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development tools.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
