Job Description &ndash; Nursing StaffPosition: Staff Nurse Department: Clinical / Healthcare Services Reporting To: Center Manager / Medical OfficerJob Summary: We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, and ensure smooth clinical operations at our healthcare centers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.</li><li>Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.</li><li>Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and infection control practices.</li><li>Handle medical equipment and ensure cleanliness of the clinical area.</li><li>Educate patients and attendants about basic healthcare practices.</li><li>Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.</li><li>Follow hospital/clinic policies, protocols, and ethical standards.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Qualification: GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing.</li><li>Valid Nursing Council Registration.</li><li>Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.</li><li>Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Patient-focused and compassionate approach.</li><li>Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.</li><li>Team-oriented and responsible attitude.</li></ul>Work Location: As assigned Salary: As per company normsJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
