Position: Staff Nurse
Department: Clinical / Healthcare Services
Reporting To: Center Manager / Medical Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, and ensure smooth clinical operations at our healthcare centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
• Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and infection control practices.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure cleanliness of the clinical area.
• Educate patients and attendants about basic healthcare practices.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Follow hospital/clinic policies, protocols, and ethical standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Team-oriented and responsible attitude.

Work Location: As assigned
Salary: As per company norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
