Role Overview

Shlok Dermatology & Wellness is seeking a qualified and compassionate Dermatology Nurse to support dermatologists in OPD, procedures, and minor dermatological interventions while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support & Patient Care

Assist dermatologists during OPD consultations, procedures, and laser sessions

Prepare patients for dermatological procedures and ensure comfort and safety

Perform nursing duties within scope, including:

Dressing changes

Wound care

Pre- and post-procedure care

Assisting during PRP, biopsies, and minor procedures

Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures

Procedure & OT Support

Prepare procedure rooms and minor OT as per protocol

Maintain sterile fields and follow infection-control guidelines

Assist during lasers, peels, PRP, and other dermatology procedures

Handle instruments, consumables, and biomedical waste appropriately

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate nursing and procedure records

Follow clinic SOPs, NABH-aligned safety practices, and ethical standards

Ensure patient confidentiality and informed consent processes

Coordination & Clinic Operations

Coordinate with dermatologists, therapists, and front desk teams

Support smooth patient flow and time management

Assist in inventory tracking of nursing consumables and medications

Eligibility & Qualifications

GNM / BSc Nursing (mandatory)

Valid nursing registration

Dermatology or aesthetic clinic experience

Experience

Minimum: 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience in dermatology

Preferred: Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or minor OT setup

Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical and procedural support skills

Knowledge of infection control and patient safety

Calm, empathetic patient-handling approach

Clear communication and teamwork skills

Professional appearance and ethical conduct

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
