Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Nursing Executive (CNE) to lead and manage the hospital’s nursing services. The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of progressive nursing experience, including senior-level leadership exposure, and strong expertise in clinical excellence, nursing administration, NABH standards, and patient care quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all nursing operations and clinical services
- Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing practices across departments
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical quality
- Develop and implement nursing policies, SOPs, and protocols
- Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and statutory healthcare regulations
- Lead nursing manpower planning, recruitment, training, and retention
- Monitor nursing performance, audits, and quality indicators
- Coordinate with medical directors, consultants, and hospital management
- Oversee infection control practices and patient safety initiatives
- Manage nursing budgets, resource utilization, and cost control
- Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based nursing practices.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years in hospital nursing, with senior leadership role
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (Required)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
