Chief Nursing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Nursing Executive (CNE) to lead and manage the hospital’s nursing services. The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of progressive nursing experience, including senior-level leadership exposure, and strong expertise in clinical excellence, nursing administration, NABH standards, and patient care quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all nursing operations and clinical services
• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing practices across departments
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical quality
• Develop and implement nursing policies, SOPs, and protocols
• Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and statutory healthcare regulations
• Lead nursing manpower planning, recruitment, training, and retention
• Monitor nursing performance, audits, and quality indicators
• Coordinate with medical directors, consultants, and hospital management
• Oversee infection control practices and patient safety initiatives
• Manage nursing budgets, resource utilization, and cost control
• Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based nursing practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years in hospital nursing, with senior leadership role
• Valid Nursing Council Registration (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
