Female Clinic Manager

We are hiring a Female Clinical Manager with a nursing or paramedical background to manage and supervise daily clinical operations while maintaining high standards of patient care and ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee OPD workflow and ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, and front desk
• Supervise nursing and paramedical staff, including duty schedules and daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene, and infection control standards
• Monitor patient flow, documentation, and clinical records
• Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and empathetically
• Coordinate inventory, consumables, and basic clinical supplies
• Support implementation of SOPs and quality improvement processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidate only
• Qualification in Nursing (GNM / BSc Nursing) or Paramedical Sciences
• 1–3 years experience in clinic or hospital operations preferred
• Knowledge of OPD management and basic medical software
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ethical, patient-centric, and disciplined approach
