ASSISTANT CLINIC MANAGER
Dermatology & Wellness – Hyderabad
Type: Full-time
Role Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Clinic Manager to support clinic operations, counsel patients for treatment packages, drive ethical revenue growth, and manage pharmacy & lab billing and stock in a premium dermatology clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and staff coordination
Counsel patients on treatment plans & packages (as prescribed by doctors)
Improve consultation-to-package conversions
Manage pharmacy operations, stock, and expiry tracking
Handle pharmacy and lab billing accuracy and reconciliations
Ensure SOP compliance and high patient experience
Eligibility
1-2 years experience in dermatology clinic operations
Experience in patient counselling, billing, and inventory management
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 days/week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
