The Assistant Manager will support in day-to-day operations, coordination, planning, and execution across healthcare services, clinics, and business operations. The role requires a responsible, organized, and proactive individual who can handle operations, people, and processes efficiently.

Operations & Administration

  • Assist in managing daily office and clinic operations
  • Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, staff, vendors, and management
  • Monitor workflow, schedules, and task completion
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation

Team Coordination

  • Supervise office staff and support teams
  • Assign tasks and track performance
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and quality standards

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintain MIS data related to operations, patients, revenue, and expenses
  • Assist management with data analysis and decision support

Client & Patient Coordination

  • Handle client/patient queries professionally
  • Ensure high levels of service quality and satisfaction
  • Support implementation of health plans, programs, and services

Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in compliance related to healthcare operations and documentation
  • Support audits and inspections if required

Business Support

  • Assist in implementation of new projects, clinics, or services
  • Support marketing, outreach, and partner coordination
  • Identify operational improvements and cost optimization opportunities
  • Working on MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint)
  • Working on Google Sheets & Managing Calls & Emails
  • Managing Social Media
  • Working on Company MIS & CRM
  • Record Management
  • Client Management, Client Interaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
