we are seeking dynamic and authentic Ayurvedic Executive is responsible for coordinating our hospital operations, supporting patient services, and ensuring smooth communication between clinical, therapy, pharmacy, and administrative teams. This role combines operational management, patient coordination, and documentation oversight to maintain high standards of Ayurvedic care and hospital efficiency. The position requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and strong understanding of Ayurvedic service processes.
Job Description / Key Role
The Ayurvedic Executive acts as a central coordinator, managing day-to-day workflow, assisting doctors and department heads, tracking treatment progress, and ensuring that all hospital procedures are followed properly. The executive also contributes to quality assurance, patient satisfaction, and internal reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Management
- Coordinate daily schedules for doctors, therapists, and treatment rooms.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure minimal waiting time.
- Supervise documentation, patient files, and therapy records.
- Support billing coordination and maintain accurate reports.
- Assist management in implementing hospital policies and protocols.
Patient & Service Coordination
- Welcome patients, explain available services, and guide them through registration and treatment processes.
- Handle patient inquiries and escalate concerns to the medical team when needed.
- Follow up on treatment plans, appointments, and feedback to improve service quality.
Support in Medicine Preparation & Inventory
- Coordinate with the pharmacy and herbal preparation unit for stock planning.
- Maintain records of medicine usage, batch tracking, and storage compliance.
- Assist in ensuring that medicines are dispensed only as prescribed.
Team & Quality Support
- Facilitate communication between departments and support teamwork.
- Participate in quality-improvement activities.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda, Life Sciences, Hospital Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in an Ayurvedic hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration role.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, basic terminology, and patient-care processes.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good communication abilities in English and local language.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital record systems.
- Ability to multitask, lead small teams, and manage responsibilities responsibly.
