Clinic Manager

What you'll do:

• Managed overall clinic operations, business performance, pipeline, consumption and collections.
• Ensured compliance with statutory laws, SOPs and maintained all regulatory records.
• Drove revenue through focus on ticket size, customer count, conversion and category performance (Hair, Products, Anti-ageing).
• Handled billing, inventory, cash management, assets and achieved strong process audit scores.
• Delivered superior customer experience, managed HNI clients, complaints, feedback, mystery audit scores and customer retention.
• Led, mentored and retained clinic team (KTs, CCEs, Doctors) to drive productivity.
• Enforced discipline, attendance, punctuality and Code of Conduct; reported violations within 2 hours.
• Executed additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
