Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations: front desk, patient flow, scheduling, and service delivery.
- Ensure excellent patient experience from enquiry → visit → procedure → follow-up.
- Supervise staff (reception, counselors, therapists/technicians, housekeeping) and enforce SOPs.
- Maintain appointment discipline: reduce waiting time, improve show-up rate, manage no-shows.
- Coordinate with doctors for efficient clinic schedule, room allocation, and procedure readiness.
- Handle patient concerns/escalations and ensure service recovery with professionalism.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, safety, sterilization processes, and compliance as per internal standards.
- Manage inventory: consumables, products, disposables—reorder planning and vendor coordination.
- Track daily numbers: walk-ins, consultations, procedures, revenue, conversion, feedback, repeat visits.
- Ensure accurate billing, receipts, packages, and documentation; reduce errors/leakage.
- Train staff on communication, upsell ethics, process discipline, and quality standards.
- Support marketing execution inside clinic: posters, offers display, QR/lead capture, review requests.
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and improvement plan.
