Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Patient Care
- Ensure delivery of safe, ethical, and quality nursing care across assigned units
- Monitor patient care practices and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and SOPs
- Conduct regular rounds and address patient care concerns
- Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation
Nursing Operations & Administration
- Assist in duty roster planning, shift allocation, and manpower management
- Supervise ward in-charges, staff nurses, and support staff
- Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and discipline of nursing staff
- Support recruitment, orientation, and induction of nursing personnel
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with NABH, infection control, patient safety, and statutory norms
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities
- Ensure adherence to biomedical waste management and safety protocols
Training & Staff Development
- Support training programs, CNEs, and skill-based workshops
- Identify training needs and assist in competency assessments
- Mentor nursing staff to improve performance and professional growth
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and support departments
- Handle patient and attendant complaints related to nursing care
- Assist in managing emergencies and critical situations
Inventory & Resource Management
- Monitor usage and availability of nursing supplies, drugs, and equipment
- Coordinate with stores and biomedical departments for timely replenishment
Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- M.Sc. Nursing preferred
- Valid registration with State Nursing Council
Experience
- 5–8 years of clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role (Ward In-charge / Supervisor)
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospital preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
