Key ResponsibilitiesClinical &amp; Patient Care<ul><li>Ensure delivery of safe, ethical, and quality nursing care across assigned units</li><li>Monitor patient care practices and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and SOPs</li><li>Conduct regular rounds and address patient care concerns</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation</li></ul>Nursing Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Assist in duty roster planning, shift allocation, and manpower management</li><li>Supervise ward in-charges, staff nurses, and support staff</li><li>Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and discipline of nursing staff</li><li>Support recruitment, orientation, and induction of nursing personnel</li></ul>Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with NABH, infection control, patient safety, and statutory norms</li><li>Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities</li><li>Ensure adherence to biomedical waste management and safety protocols</li></ul>Training &amp; Staff Development<ul><li>Support training programs, CNEs, and skill-based workshops</li><li>Identify training needs and assist in competency assessments</li><li>Mentor nursing staff to improve performance and professional growth</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and support departments</li><li>Handle patient and attendant complaints related to nursing care</li><li>Assist in managing emergencies and critical situations</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Resource Management<ul><li>Monitor usage and availability of nursing supplies, drugs, and equipment</li><li>Coordinate with stores and biomedical departments for timely replenishment</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)</li><li>M.Sc. Nursing preferred</li><li>Valid registration with State Nursing Council</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of clinical nursing experience</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years in a supervisory role (Ward In-charge / Supervisor)</li><li>Experience in NABH-accredited hospital preferred</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Leadership and team management skills</li><li>Strong clinical knowledge</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital policies</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and multitasking</li><li>Basic computer and HIS knowledge</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
