We are Hiring Nursing Supervisor

Location – Anayara, Trivandrum

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our Nursing team and the ideal candidate will have Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience from an accredited hospital. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing services during assigned shifts to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.

The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations while promoting patient safety, staff efficiency, and continuous quality improvement.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification:

• GNM/B.Sc/Post B.Sc Nursing
• Kerala Nursing Council Registration is mandatory
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a Incharge or supervisor in a reputed hospital

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong understanding of nursing care standards and clinical protocols

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing care delivery across assigned units/wards during the shift
• Conduct regular patient rounds and address care-related concerns
• Allocate nursing staff as per patient acuity and workload requirements
• Ensure effective shift handover and continuity of care
• Monitor documentation accuracy and completeness
• Support implementation of patient safety goals and quality initiatives
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of nursing staff

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview.
