Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (IT Sales)Location: Chennai (Vadapalani)Job Type: Full-time Shift: General ShiftExperience: 2+ years (only IT sales)Salary: Up to &#8377;40,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:&middot; Sales Support: Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations.&middot; Order Processing: Manage sales orders from initiation to delivery; ensure accuracy and timely processing.&middot; Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email or phone and provide status updates on orders and deliveries.&middot; CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).&middot; Sales Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.&middot; Coordination: Liaise with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to support sales objectives.&middot; Event &amp; Meeting Support: Help coordinate trade shows, sales meetings, and other promotional events.&middot; Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation.&middot; Follow-Up: Track leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team to close deals.Languages:&middot; Must-have: Hindi, Malayalam&middot; Added advantage: ArabicJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
