Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (IT Sales)

Location: Chennai (Vadapalani)

Shift: General Shift

Experience: 2+ years (only IT sales)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Support: Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations.

· Order Processing: Manage sales orders from initiation to delivery; ensure accuracy and timely processing.

· Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email or phone and provide status updates on orders and deliveries.

· CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

· Sales Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.

· Coordination: Liaise with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to support sales objectives.

· Event & Meeting Support: Help coordinate trade shows, sales meetings, and other promotional events.

· Documentation: Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

· Follow-Up: Track leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team to close deals.

Languages:

· Must-have: Hindi, Malayalam

· Added advantage: Arabic
