This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented developer who&rsquo;s passionate about creating, maintaining, and optimizing high-performing websites for healthcare clients.In this role, you&rsquo;ll report to the Creative Director and work under the guidance of our Lead Web Developer. As a Junior Web Developer, you&rsquo;ll play an essential role in ensuring our clients&rsquo; websites remain secure, fast, and visually engaging&mdash;all while developing your skills in a collaborative, innovative environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new client websites.</li><li>Perform regular maintenance and updates to keep sites secure, functional, and visually current.</li><li>Manage and support premium hosting environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.</li><li>Conduct site diagnostics, uptime monitoring, and malware/security scans to identify and address issues proactively.</li><li>Implement WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates on an ongoing schedule.</li><li>Maintain WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance across all websites.</li><li>Support automatic and on-demand site backups and help with restores when needed.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to implement content and UX updates throughout the year.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.</li><li>Contribute to documentation and process improvements related to web management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1 year of professional web development experience</li><li>Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern responsive design principles</li><li>Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and mobile-first layouts</li><li>Hands-on experience with WordPress: theme customization, plugin management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting</li><li>Experience managing DNS, domain records, SSL certificates, and hosting settings</li><li>Skilled with DigitalOcean, ServerPilot, Cloudflare, and staging-to-live deployments</li><li>Familiar with Divi, Elementor, ACF, and component-based theme structures</li><li>Working knowledge of technical SEO, including metadata, accessibility, image optimization, and site speed</li><li>Ability to maintain WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards across client websites</li><li>Basic experience with PHP and SQL for debugging and backend adjustments</li><li>Comfortable using ClickUp, Passwork, and Figma for collaboration and workflow management</li><li>Experienced in performing maintenance, updates, uptime monitoring, malware/security scans, and backups</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with clear communication and fast issue resolution</li><li>Contributes to documentation, SOPs, and continuous process improvements</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Location: Onsite, Parker, CO</li><li>Schedule: Full-Time, Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Pay: $35&ndash;$40/hour (depending on experience)</li><li>Type: Full-Time Employee</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Collaborative, creative work environment</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Flexible, supportive team culture</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience with Wix, Weebly and Squarespace?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CSS: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Divi Theme: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Figma: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>WordPress Development: 1 year (Required)</li><li>HTML5: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Parker, CO 80134 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
