Jr. Graphic Designer

EOS Healthcare Marketing is seeking a dynamic and versatile Jr. Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing and producing a wide range of creative deliverables for healthcare clients while collaborating closely with our Creative and Digital teams to bring impactful campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Create impactful visual solutions for clients that reflect the brand and address the business objectives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, with keen attention to detail and time management.
• Work independently and in a team, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Show initiative and ability in problem-solving, following creative direction, and proofing own work.
• Skilled in detailed file preparation and releasing production files for print and digital.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design based on established brand standards (i.e. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and layout).
• Experience with Figma: Comfortable using Figma for web design tasks, with a readiness to enhance skills in this tool.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of design principles and tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, respect deadlines, and adapt to the dynamic nature of multiple projects.

This is an in-person position based in our Parker, Colorado office. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic designer who is artistically inclined and eager to showcase their skills. Pay: $25.00 - $26.44 per hour
