About Us: We are a locally owned and operated custom electric sign fabrication company with a close-knit team of 10 employees. We take pride in delivering high-quality signs and graphics that help businesses stand out. As we continue to grow, we&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.Position Overview: We are seeking a Vinyl Installer, Machine Operator and Sign Designer to support both in-shop production and occasional fieldwork. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working with fabrication equipment and vinyl applications.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate 5 x 10 flatbed CNC machine</li><li>Operate channel letter bending machine</li><li>Operate large-format digital printers and vinyl plotters</li><li>Apply vinyl graphics to signs, windows, and vehicles</li><li>Assist with sign installations in the field as needed</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in sign fabrication, vinyl application, or a related field is preferred (but we will train the right candidate)</li><li>Experience in Corell, Flexi Sign, enRoute 6</li><li>Ability to read and follow design specifications</li><li>Experience running a CNC Machine</li><li>Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship</li><li>Comfortable working with hand tools and fabrication equipment</li><li>Team-oriented with a willingness to pitch in where needed</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Starting at $16/hour - $20/hour (negotiable based on verifiable experience-you will be tested)</li><li>Full-time position with growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
