Vinyl Installer, Machine Operator and Sign Designer

We take pride in delivering high-quality signs and graphics that help businesses stand out. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Vinyl Installer, Machine Operator and Sign Designer to support both in-shop production and occasional fieldwork. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working with fabrication equipment and vinyl applications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate 5 x 10 flatbed CNC machine
• Operate channel letter bending machine
• Operate large-format digital printers and vinyl plotters
• Apply vinyl graphics to signs, windows, and vehicles
• Assist with sign installations in the field as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Experience in sign fabrication, vinyl application, or a related field is preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
• Experience in Corell, Flexi Sign, enRoute 6
• Ability to read and follow design specifications
• Experience running a CNC Machine
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Comfortable working with hand tools and fabrication equipment
• Team-oriented with a willingness to pitch in where needed
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting at $16/hour - $20/hour (negotiable based on verifiable experience-you will be tested)
• Full-time position with growth opportunities
