Rapidly expanding Affordable Property Management Company looking for responsible, self-motivated Community Manager/Leasing Agent. (Will train the right candidate)Community Manager Tasks:Marketing: Keep properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, property showings for prospective tenants.Tenant relations: Meet and greet prospective residents, schedule and process potential resident applications, collect/post resident rents, enforce terms of rental agreements, complete lease renewals timely, resolve tenant complaints, oversee eviction proceedings if necessary. Plan and facilitate resident monthly appreciation events.Facilities management: Schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiate contracts with vendors for best price option, regularly inspect property to ensure it is in good working order, quickly resolve emergency maintenance issues. &middot;Financial reporting: Create monthly operating and leasing reports.Owner relations: Keep open dialogue with VP of Property Management on vacancies, tenants, physical condition of property, financial issues and any other property details.Ideal candidate should possess:<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Good verbal and communication skills.
