As a vital member of our creative team, you will drive brand storytelling through visually captivating content, strategic planning, and data-driven insights, ensuring our social media voice resonates with authenticity and impact.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative social media campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audiences.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, graphic design, video production, and public relations to develop cohesive content strategies.</li><li>Oversee content creation processes, including photography, video editing, graphic design, and copywriting to produce engaging posts tailored for each platform.</li><li>Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Utilize social listening tools and web analytics like Google Analytics to gather insights on audience behavior, trending topics, and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility across digital channels.</li><li>Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to foster brand loyalty and expand reach through relationship management strategies.</li><li>Ensure all content is proofread meticulously for accuracy and brand consistency before publication.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital advertising (including Facebook Advertising), branding, e-commerce integration, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design and visual content creation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.</li><li>Experience with video editing software to produce high-quality visual storytelling content.</li><li>Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, social listening tools, and web analytics to inform strategy decisions.</li><li>Expertise in social media marketing tactics across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Ability to craft compelling copy with attention to proofreading details while maintaining brand voice consistency.</li><li>Knowledge of public relations principles to manage brand reputation online effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including branding, e-commerce integration, photography skills for content creation, and web analytics for performance tracking.
