Responsibilities

  • Oversee content creation processes, including photography, video editing, graphic design, and copywriting to produce engaging posts tailored for each platform.
  • Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Utilize social listening tools and web analytics like Google Analytics to gather insights on audience behavior, trending topics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility across digital channels.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to foster brand loyalty and expand reach through relationship management strategies.
  • Ensure all content is proofread meticulously for accuracy and brand consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital advertising (including Facebook Advertising), branding, e-commerce integration, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Experience with video editing software to produce high-quality visual storytelling content.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, social listening tools, and web analytics to inform strategy decisions.
  • Expertise in social media marketing tactics across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to craft compelling copy with attention to proofreading details while maintaining brand voice consistency.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles to manage brand reputation online effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including branding, e-commerce integration, photography skills for content creation, and web analytics for performance tracking.
