This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in food service, sales, and hospitality within a fast-paced, energetic environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS systems &amp; tablets</li><li>Assist with food running, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld by following proper food handling procedures</li><li>Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed and assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or quick service &amp; fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is advantageous</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Relevant kitchen or food industry experience will help you excel in this role</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly</li></ul>This position is paid and offers an exciting opportunity to grow your hospitality skills while being part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
