Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS systems & tablets
• Assist with food running, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld by following proper food handling procedures
• Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed and assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Relevant kitchen or food industry experience will help you excel in this role
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
