WE ARE HIRING: AR Callers - US Healthcare ProcessPosition: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) - US Healthcare ProcessLocation: MohaliJob Type: Full-time, PermanentShift: Night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM), Monday to FridayKey Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in AR calling for US healthcare clients is preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li></ul>Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel knowledge mandatory)<ul><li>Willingness to work in night shifts and work from office.</li><li>Any degree or diploma required; knowledge of healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes is an advantage.</li><li>Experience with medical billing software (such as eClinicalWorks/ECW) is preferred.
