WE ARE HIRING: AR Callers - US Healthcare Process

Position: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) - US Healthcare Process

Location: Mohali

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM), Monday to Friday

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in AR calling for US healthcare clients is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel knowledge mandatory)

• Willingness to work in night shifts and work from office.
• Any degree or diploma required; knowledge of healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes is an advantage.
• Experience with medical billing software (such as eClinicalWorks/ECW) is preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range: No bar for the right candidate (depending on experience and role)

Training provided for freshers and those new to medical billing software.
