<p>We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented <b>Financial / Property Analyst</b> to help us understand performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven growth.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Role Overview</b></h2>
<p>As a Financial / Property Analyst, you will analyze property performance, track financial metrics, and provide insights that help guide business decisions across leasing, operations, and expansion.</p>
<p>This is a fully remote role where you&rsquo;ll work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure properties are performing at their best.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Analyze property-level financial performance (income, expenses, occupancy, ROI)</li><li>
Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards</li><li>
Track rent collection, delinquency, and cash flow trends</li><li>
Identify underperforming properties and recommend improvements</li><li>
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for existing and new properties</li><li>
Support pricing and rent optimization decisions</li><li>
Work with operations and leasing teams to improve profitability</li><li>
Present clear, simple insights from complex data</li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or real estate analysis</li><li>
Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills (must be comfortable with formulas and reporting)</li><li>
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights</li><li>
Strong communication skills (able to explain data simply)</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience in property management, real estate, or investment analysis</li><li>
Familiarity with financial reporting tools or CRMs (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar systems)</li><li>

Knowledge of rental markets or housing data</li></ul>
