Epic Property Management is a fast-growing property management company focused on maximizing property performance, improving tenant experience, and expanding into new markets. As we scale, we are building a remote analytics team to help drive smarter financial decisions and operational efficiency.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial / Property Analyst to help us understand performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven growth.
As a Financial / Property Analyst, you will analyze property performance, track financial metrics, and provide insights that help guide business decisions across leasing, operations, and expansion.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure properties are performing at their best.
- Analyze property-level financial performance (income, expenses, occupancy, ROI)

Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards

Track rent collection, delinquency, and cash flow trends

Identify underperforming properties and recommend improvements

Assist in budgeting and forecasting for existing and new properties

Support pricing and rent optimization decisions

Work with operations and leasing teams to improve profitability

Present clear, simple insights from complex data
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or real estate analysis

Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills (must be comfortable with formulas and reporting)

Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights

Strong communication skills (able to explain data simply)

Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in property management, real estate, or investment analysis

Familiarity with financial reporting tools or CRMs (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar systems)

Experience working in a remote team environment

- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience)
