The successful candidate will provide general accounting, finance leadership and expertise. This role will contribute to corporate strategies designed to prepare for our continued growth. Position Summary:

• Perform general accounting functions to include financial analysis
• Evaluate and further develop financial controls and projections
• Work with limited guidance and take ownership of his/her work
• Special projects and reporting daily, monthly and yearly
• Experience with purchasing and inventory a plus
• Report directly to the CFO
• Works with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
• Reconciling various accounts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and accounting skills with understanding of GAAP
• Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel MS Outlook
• Experience using QuickBooks (on-line version)
• 5 plus years’ general accounting / bookkeeping experience
• Ability to assist in the month end closing processes
• Background in variance analysis and general ledger accounting
• Excellent written, oral communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Self-starter with leadership ability
• Experience with E-automate a plus
• Experience with leasing and or contracts a plus
