This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with basic exposure to performance marketing who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.</li><li>Perform audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Monitor daily campaign performance and compile progress reports.</li><li>Support lead generation activities and improve ad performance.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to plan creatives and campaign messaging.</li><li>Maintain accuracy and consistency in campaign execution and reporting.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (training will be provided).</li><li>Strong interest in learning performance ad strategies and analytics.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work on-site from our Tirur office.</li></ul>Preferred (Not Mandatory)<ul><li>Internship or academic project exposure in digital or performance marketing.</li><li>Basic Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Hands-on learning experience with real campaign budgets.</li><li>Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.</li><li>Mentorship and skill development in a live marketing environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;8,086.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
