This role is essential to keeping our kitchens, warehouse, and production lines stocked, organized, and operating efficiently.This position is ideal for someone highly organized, personable, and comfortable balancing fast-moving priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong vendor relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Multi-Category Procurement: Place and track orders for ingredients, packaging (containers, labels, films), shipping materials, and facility/office supplies.</li><li>Forecasting &amp; Inventory Planning: Maintain par levels and plan inventory needs using production schedules, historical usage, and vendor lead times.</li><li>Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong, professional communication with vendors; ensure timely responses, quotes, and service recovery.</li><li>Data Entry &amp; Reporting: Maintain procurement logs, vendor sheets, pricing databases, and product trackers with exceptional accuracy.</li><li>Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with culinary, receiving, fulfillment, and operations teams to align purchasing with production needs.</li><li>Problem Solving: Respond quickly and thoughtfully to shortages, quality issues, substitutions, or delivery delays.</li><li>Documentation: Keep meticulous digital records of POs, invoices, confirmations, delivery receipts, and issue logs for audit readiness.</li><li>Cost Awareness: Support cost-control efforts by identifying savings opportunities, better sourcing options, or efficiencies in ordering.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory coordination, or supply chain, ideally in foodservice, manufacturing, or fulfillment.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, forecasting tools).</li><li>Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented; able to manage a high volume of SKUs.</li><li>Strong communication skills with a friendly, relationship-driven approach.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through across multiple open orders and projects.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with ChefMod or similar procurement platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with receiving or inventory management systems.</li><li>Experience in culinary operations, food manufacturing, or logistics.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary Range: $75,000</li><li>Benefits include:</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li></ul>Equal Employment OpportunityEpicured is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the Operations Supervisor, this role ensures that custom dietary needs, modified textures, and specialized nutrition requirements are translated accurately into production-ready files for our culinary and fulfillment teams.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-savvy professional who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Process and execute high-volume cook orders based on client needs, including allergies, nutrition requirements, and texture modifications.</li><li>Receive, organize, and validate order forms from enterprise clients and internal teams.</li><li>Use Excel (pivot tables, filters, aggregation tools) to compile, manipulate, and transform data into production-ready reports.</li><li>Coordinate orders across self-pay customers, enterprise groups, Medicaid programs, and PACE elder care facilities.</li><li>Analyze pantry box and meal order trends to forecast needs and generate accurate culinary and fulfillment files.</li><li>Utilize Epicured&rsquo;s in-house CRM platform to track order details, update client information, and generate operational outputs.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary, Production, Fulfillment, and Customer Service teams to support order accuracy and production efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher required.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in operations, data coordination, logistics, or a related field.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, data cleanup, high-volume data management).</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workflows concurrently.</li><li>Comfort working in hybrid environments with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in business analytics, operations analytics, or data-driven roles.</li><li>Experience working with CRM systems, ERP tools, or operational dashboards.</li><li>Background in food operations, logistics, healthcare operations, or nutrition services is a plus.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary Range: Commensurate with experience</li></ul><ul><li>Benefits include:</li></ul><ul><li>401(k)</li></ul><ul><li>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance</li></ul><ul><li>Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for growth within Operations, Technology, and Analytics teams</li></ul>Equal Employment OpportunityEpicured is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
